It seems appropriate that I give samples away to three lucky readers....Olfacta asked me in the comments what I was giving myself...but I'll give it to you instead , dear readers .
Tell me what your favorite note in perfume is and I'll send you samples of some things...drawing Saturday August 1st !!

Well yes, dah-ling, happy anniversary!
So what are you getting yourself to celebrate?
Happy anniversary! :)
And in order to participate, at the moment, anything with orange blossom and bergamot/citrus notes is definitely my priority (guess that's because the summer is here - finally)...
So many delicious eau de colognes out there...have you ever sniffed SMN eau de Cologne , Ines ?
I know. :) Some has gone right pass me - like Cristalle edt about which I read a review the other day. Where was I looking? :)
No, I didn't try SMN edc, but now you mention it, I'll definitely track it down here.
Happy Anniversary! Wishing you many more to come.
Only one favorite note? Gee that's tough. I would have to say almond, with musk a very close second. Wearing Montale Highness Musk and it is perfect.
Happy anniversary! My favorite note in perfume is oakmoss (swoon) and I also love jasmine sambac!!
Oh my, so many! I've been on a big almond kick for awhile now. Tobacco, too. Circling back to carnation lately. And...feeling like it might be time to go on a mimosa olfactory journey. I have yet to go there! XOXO, Christen
I have too many to list these days, and I seem to jump from vetiver or sandalwood to florals like tuberose or mimosa. I'm all over the place!
Happy Anniversary!
Since I've already been the lucky recipient of samples from you, I'll take myself out of the draw, but I wanted to say HAPPY ANNIVERSARY. Best wishes for many more!
Donna
I do not have a fav note - only one!LOL
I love rose, oakmoss , violet lately , mimosia.
anyway --- happy anniversary and a glass of champers and some chocolate is in order! LOL
Thank you everybody for joining the celebration !
Welcome Chris G and hey Judith , where ya been ?
And you all know Christen , I mention her every day !
Let's hear suggestions for mimosa fragrances ? Champs Elysee , L'Artisan Mimosa pour Moi...
Thanks for the Champagne Lady J !!
Donna you still have to tell me a favorite note...
I'm a day late to the party so my belated wishes for a very Happy Anniversary, Carol!!! Hope you enjoyed a glass of champagne or other libation to celebrate the auspicious occasion...same day as Bastille Day!
Too many favorites to list! But lately I've been craving some figgy goodness...
Ahhh...figs . I made homemade fig newtons once !!
Happy Anniversary! Love your blog. Hard to say one favorite-maybe leather or tobacco or woods or incense or.....I think you get the idea. Many happy returns!
Carol - I'm pretty fond of indolic jasmine or neroli, but I'll give the place of honor to narcissus.
Donna
Well aren't you nice -- HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to WAFT !!! I love woods and iris and sandalwood and probably other things that my nose is not sophisticated enough to discern !!!
Thank you for dropping by Eldora and pavlova ! Now to find the right free stuff for the right persons !
Dontcha love free stuff ?
Wow, is it already one year that passed by? You had a great idea a year ago and I enjoy reading your blog. So of course I am looking forward to more and more and more.
Congrats my dear friend Carol!!!
And Happy 1st Anniversary. Counting on seeing you in Grasse next year
Hugs
B.
Thanks B !
I still think about that wonderful afternoon we spent together on the rooftop of Rinascente in Florence...seems like just yesterday , in another life...
I just found WAFT, what a neat blog! I hope you keep at it for some time! Anyhow, I think my favorite note may be ambergris.
Hi fountaingirl and welcome...I used to live in the Bahamas and everyday when I was beach combing I would hope to find some ambregris .
